Staff

Teachers are highly trained with an average of five years experience teaching in child care facilities. They all have a passion for teaching young children in a way that is engaging and exciting. Diversity has always been important as we serve a wide demographic, and our staff reflect that back to the children. All Staff hold a valid fingerprint clearance and are background checked.

Margot Magnum, our Owner/Director since opening in January of 2007, has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance Management. She has taught in public schools for ten years. Academic year of 1998-1999, she was nominated Arizona Teacher of the Year.
